Designation: Manager/Senior Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Product Management & Strategy
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Lockers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
- Drive initiatives to enhance customer experience and product penetration.
Process & Policy Governance
- Define and update SOPs, process notes, and customer-facing documentation in line with regulatory and internal guidelines.
- Ensure robust controls and governance mechanisms are in place for locker allotment, claim settlement (including deceased cases)
Regulatory & Compliance
- Liaise with Compliance and Legal teams to ensure adherence to RBI guidelines and internal policies.
- Support audits, inspections, and regulatory reporting requirements related to Lockers.
Technology & Automation
- Collaborate with Technology and Digital teams to enhance system capabilities (e.g., KSMART, KFORCE) for product servicing and data management.
- Drive automation and digitization initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
Stakeholder Management
.Work closely with Branch Banking, Operations, Risk, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and implement product/process changes.
.Provide training and support to frontline teams on product features, processes, and compliance requirements.
MIS & Analytics
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate insights for business reviews.
- Ensure timely and accurate data availability for internal and external reporting.
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA or equivalent degree in Finance/Marketing.
- 6-10 years of experience in Retail Liabilities, preferably with exposure to Locker products.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and operational processes.
