Key Responsibilities

• Drive retail expansion initiatives, including identifying growth opportunities, evaluating new locations, and supporting store launches

• Own and manage key P&L levers, with a focus on improving revenue, margins, and cost efficiencies Solve complex business problems through structured thinking, data analysis, and cross functional collaboration

• Work across multiple offline workstreams such as store operations, vendor management, and on-ground execution

• Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements to optimize operations

• Collaborate with internal teams (ops, finance, supply chain, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of initiatives

• Take end-to-end ownership of projects, from ideation to execution and impact measurement.
