Job Description

Job Title: Direct Sales HNI Wealth Management

Location: Mumbai / Delhi

Experience: 7+ Years

Industry Preference: Asset Management Companies (AMC) / Banking Wealth Management

Job Purpose:

Responsible for acquiring and managing High Net Worth Individual (HNI) clients and driving investment product sales through direct client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and manage a portfolio of HNI / Ultra-HNI clients.
  • Drive sales of wealth management and investment products such as mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, bonds and structured products.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to grow AUM and revenue.
  • Provide investment advisory aligned with clients financial goals and risk appetite.
  • Achieve assigned sales and AUM growth targets.
  • Work closely with product and research teams to deliver suitable investment solutions to clients.
  • Track market trends and identify new business opportunities within the HNI segment.

Key Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in Wealth Management / Investment Advisory / HNI Sales.
  • Prior experience in Asset Management Companies (AMC) or Banking Wealth Management is preferred.
  • Strong network and relationship with HNI / Ultra-HNI clients.
  • Good understanding of mutual funds, capital markets and wealth products.
  • Strong sales, relationship management and communication skills.
