Job Title: Direct Sales HNI Wealth Management

Job Purpose:
Responsible for acquiring and managing High Net Worth Individual (HNI) clients and driving investment product sales through direct client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and manage a portfolio of HNI / Ultra-HNI clients.
- Drive sales of wealth management and investment products such as mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, bonds and structured products.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to grow AUM and revenue.
- Provide investment advisory aligned with clients financial goals and risk appetite.
- Achieve assigned sales and AUM growth targets.
- Work closely with product and research teams to deliver suitable investment solutions to clients.
- Track market trends and identify new business opportunities within the HNI segment.
Key Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in Wealth Management / Investment Advisory / HNI Sales.
- Prior experience in Asset Management Companies (AMC) or Banking Wealth Management is preferred.
- Strong network and relationship with HNI / Ultra-HNI clients.
- Good understanding of mutual funds, capital markets and wealth products.
- Strong sales, relationship management and communication skills.
