HNI Service Team (Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu)

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the dedicated point of contact for High Net Worth Individual (HNI) clients.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships by providing personalized services in regional languages (Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu).
- Drive revenue growth by identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across equities, derivatives, MFs, and wealth products.
- Generate referrals from satisfied HNI clients and convert them into new business opportunities.
- Handle portfolio reviews, trading-related assistance, and investment advisory coordination.
- Ensure best-in-class client servicing with quick resolution of escalations.
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Sales, and Product Teams to maximize client wallet share.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in English and at least one regional language (Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu).
- Proven experience in client servicing with revenue/KPI targets (BFSI/Wealth Management/Broking preferred).
- Sound understanding of capital markets, trading platforms, and financial products.
- Strong relationship management and networking ability.
- Result-oriented mindset with a focus on revenue generation and referrals.
Performance Metrics:
- Revenue contribution from HNI clients.
- Number of client referrals generated.
- Client satisfaction and retention rate.
