Job Description

Role & Responsibilities- She/He will be responsible for acquisition of Referral Partners and setting up/ managing the processes for driving and continuously improving the HNI sales.

  • Converting leads into opportunities i.e. key focus on business closures with the customers.
  • Ensuring continuous improvements in business ratios.
  • Onboarding New customers.
  • Address all the queries of the customer and able to create the trust and credibility with the customer.
  • Encouraging and implementing innovative ideas.
  • Close coordination with other business functions.

Preferred candidate profile-

  • Prior experience of around 4-5 years, with experience in handling HNI business/mostly from partners.
  • Strong hold on wealth management products.
  • High degree of process understanding and experience in implementing relevant tools.
  • Deep customer focus with business acquisition skills.
  • Demonstrable abilities of innovation implementations.
