Role & Responsibilities- She/He will be responsible for acquisition of Referral Partners and setting up/ managing the processes for driving and continuously improving the HNI sales.
- Converting leads into opportunities i.e. key focus on business closures with the customers.
- Ensuring continuous improvements in business ratios.
- Onboarding New customers.
- Address all the queries of the customer and able to create the trust and credibility with the customer.
- Encouraging and implementing innovative ideas.
- Close coordination with other business functions.
Preferred candidate profile-
- Prior experience of around 4-5 years, with experience in handling HNI business/mostly from partners.
- Strong hold on wealth management products.
- High degree of process understanding and experience in implementing relevant tools.
- Deep customer focus with business acquisition skills.
- Demonstrable abilities of innovation implementations.
