HMC Operator

We are seeking a skilled HMC Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing products that meet specified quantity, quality, and time limits, based on the directions of a shift or team leader. This role requires a professional who can operate an HMC machine with precision and a strong commitment to quality, safety, and efficiency.

Main Responsibilities & Tasks

• Achieve production rates and goals as set by the shift or team leader.
• Conduct and monitor all production operations to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Strictly follow all safety rules related to both equipment and personnel.
• Report production details with accuracy and rigor to the shift or team leader.
• Ensure a clean and organized work environment at all times.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven relevant experience working with an HMC machine.
• Ability to read, interpret, and perform basic calculations.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of materials, products, and associated equipment and processes.
• Knowledge of HMC machine programming to produce parts according to technical drawings.
• Familiarity with software tools such as Autodesk Powershape & Powermill for program generation.
• Excellent knowledge of quality, safety, and environmental standards and procedures.
• The ability to report production data accurately and communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Strong team spirit and a collaborative attitude.
