Description
We are seeking skilled and motivated Construction Workers, Scaffolders, Roofers, and Heavy Drivers to join our team for projects in Germany and other European countries. This role is ideal for individuals with 0-10 years of experience who are looking to advance their careers in the construction industry.
Responsibilities
- Construction Worker: Assist in the construction, installation, and maintenance of structures such as buildings, bridges, and roads.
- Scaffolding : Set up and dismantle scaffolding and temporary structures safely and efficiently.
- Roofing : Perform roofing tasks inc luding installation, repair, and maintenance of various types of roofs.
- Heavy Driver : Operate heavy machinery and vehicles, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and deadlines.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction, scaffolding, roofing, or heavy driving (0-10 years of experience).
- Ability to operate heavy machinery such as cranes, excavators, and forklifts.
- Knowledge of construction materials and methods.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and practices.
- Excellent physical stamina and strength.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to travel within Germany and other European countries as required.
