Summary:

As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working with Workday Core HCM, performing Workday data mapping and conversions to ensure seamless integration with business processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and configure Workday Core HCM applications to meet business process and application requirements.
• Perform Workday data mapping and conversions to ensure seamless integration with business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve application issues.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for applications and systems.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Workday Data Mapping & Conversions, Workday Core HCM
• Experience in designing, building, and configuring Workday Core HCM applications.
• Strong understanding of Workday data mapping and conversions.
• Experience with Workday Studio and Workday Report Writer.
• Experience with Workday integrations using EIB and Studio.
• Experience with Workday security and business process configuration.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Core HCM and Workday Data Mapping & Conversions.
• The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful Workday solutions.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
