Who should apply

You should meet most or all of the following:

• Native fluency in Urdu (reading and writing)
• Strong command of English (for prompt interpretation and evaluation)
• Deep academic, professional, or industry expertise in Fashion, Beauty, and Style within the Indian context, such as:

- Indian fashion history, traditional textiles, and regional dress cultures

- Embroidery, craft traditions, and indigenous clothing practices

- Contemporary Indian fashion industry (designers, labels, fashion weeks, trends)

- Fashion styling, celebrity styling, and costume design for media and public appearances

- Beauty culture in India, including skincare traditions, makeup artistry, and grooming practices

- Fashion journalism, trend forecasting, sustainability, and cultural commentary

• No formal degree is required. What matters is your credibility, depth of experience, and contribution within India's fashion, beauty, and style ecosystem.
• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.

Your Role

• Create advanced prompts in Urdu that challenge AI models
• Evaluate AI outputs for factual accuracy, cultural authenticity, and aesthetic nuance
• Identify blind spots where AI oversimplifies Indian fashion, beauty, and style ecosystems
• Collaborate with a global expert network shaping next-generation AI systems
