About the Role
As a Telecalling Sales Representative, you will be pivotal in promoting and selling Outspark's innovative products, including Outspark Resume and Outspark Interview Prep.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle only warm leads (no cold calling).
- Present and sell AI-powered career tools to potential customers.
- Assist clients in understanding the benefits of resume & interview prep services.
- Achieve monthly targets through quality sales conversations.
- Maintain follow-ups and ensure high customer satisfaction.
