Job Overview:

We are hiring Field Sales Professionals in Durgapur for a leading BFSI company. This role is suitable for candidates with experience in Insurance Sales, Banking Sales, CASA Sales, Credit Cards, Microfinance, Loans, or any Field Sales profile.

CTC: 6.60 LPA + Incentives + Benefits

Experience Required: Minimum 4+ years of experience in Insurance Sales, Banking Sales, CASA Sales, Credit Cards, Microfinance, Loans, or any Field Sales profile.

Graduated in any discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers through field visits and direct sales activities.
• Generate leads, follow up regularly, and convert them into successful sales.
• Promote financial products and explain product benefits to customers.
• Maintain strong customer relationships in the Durgapur market.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare daily sales reports and submit to the reporting manager.
