About the Role - Render Wrangler Supervisor / Sr. Render Wranglers: Exp: 5-10 year
Responsibilities -
- 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of the lifecycle of 3D and VFX shows
- Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent years of experience
- Ability to handle a fast-paced, occasionally high-pressure environment
- Willingness to work on rotational shifts.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in dealing with both technical and artistic groups
- Understanding of meeting the project goals while monitoring the render farms health and status on a regular basis
- Monitoring experience for User instance quality and quantity and making the required corrections when needed
- Experience with troubleshooting and monitoring infrastructure and User instance issues.
- Escalate problems to the respective teams

Required Skills -
- Monitor Deadline Render, Muster, or any else Render Management Software
- Monitor the health of User instance resources
- Coordinate with LRC Supervisors and team members to understand the priorities
- Report any breakdown, storage, server, and system issues to the IT department
- Take care of software installations, plug-in manager as and when it is required.
- Check the render output and pass renders to LRC team.
Preferred Skills -
- bachelor's degree in computer science, Animation, Visual Effects, or a related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, Bash) to automate tasks, for the below mentioned Phase A applications.

- Software knowledge:
- Phase A requirements: Maya, Nuke, 3ds Max, Blender, V-Ray, Redshift, Arnold.
- Phase B requirements: Clarisse, Renderman, Corona, Katana, Nuke, Anima, Forest Pack, Railclone, X-Particles, Miarmy, (will be an added bonus)
