We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, with a strong focus on customization and integration. This role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality ServiceNow applications that meet business needs.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
- Customize and configure the ServiceNow platform to improve functionality and user experience.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications as needed.
- Perform system upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting of ServiceNow instances.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow documentation, including design, architecture, and configuration documents.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements for new features and enhancements.
- Provide technical support and training to users of the ServiceNow platform.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript) and workflow development.
- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Service Catalog.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM processes.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow reporting and dashboards.
- Understanding of ITIL best practices and frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
