(Senior) ServiceNow Developer (Urgent Hiring )

We are seeking a highly experienced (Senior) ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in IT Asset Management (ITAM) to design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow solutions. This role requires deep hands-on capability beyond ITSM, with a focus on asset lifecycle management, CMDB integrity, discovery, and software licensing compliance.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions focused on ITAM (HAM and SAM)
• Configure and optimize ServiceNow Discovery to ensure accurate asset data population
• Develop and maintain CMDB structures, ensuring data integrity, relationships, and governance
• Manage and enhance Software Asset Management (SAM) processes, including license tracking, compliance, and entitlement management
• Build integrations and automation workflows supporting asset lifecycle management
• Ensure proper alignment and synchronization between Asset records and Configuration Items (CIs)
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to discovery, CMDB, and asset data quality
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable and compliant solutions

Job Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
• Proven expertise in IT Asset Management (ITAM) modules (HAM / SAM)
• Strong experience with:

Discovery configuration and asset data population

CMDB design, data modeling, and governance

Software Asset Management (SAM), including licensing and compliance

Strong scripting and development skills within the ServiceNow platform (e.g., JavaScript, integrations)

• ServiceNow certifications
