About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Software Developer (Java – Spring Boot) who can take ownership of backend development, lead a team, and actively contribute to building scalable products. This is a client-facing and team leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys both coding and managing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
- Participate in client calls to understand requirements and provide technical solutions
- Manage and lead a team of 8–10 developers
- Perform code reviews and ensure high-quality coding standards
- Analyze and review Pull Requests (PRs) from team members
- Design and develop robust and scalable REST APIs using Java & Spring Boot
- Ensure best practices in performance, security, and scalability
- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and Product teams for smooth delivery
- Mentor junior developers and improve overall team productivity
- Take ownership of modules and ensure timely delivery
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Java development
- Strong expertise in Spring Boot and Hibernate (JPA)
- Solid understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture
- Experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL or similar databases
- Strong knowledge of OOPs concepts, data structures, and design patterns
- Experience with Git and version control systems
- Proven experience in code review and PR analysis
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience with AWS
- Experience working in SaaS or product-based companies

- Strong communication skills (mandatory for client interaction)
