Role Overview
As a Senior Agency Manager, you will be responsible for driving insurance sales by building and managing a network of Business Associates (BAs) and their field agents.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train develop Business Associates and commission-based agents
- Guide and monitor execution of agent activity plans
- Conduct weekly PRPs (Performance Review Processes) and update Sales Management System
- Facilitate agent career growth through structured Career Progression Programs
- Leverage CRM tools agent portals to enhance customer management and cross-selling
- Consistently work towards achieving monthly annual sales targets
Desired Profile
- Minimum 4 years of sales experience (Life Insurance/Agency channel preferred)
- Graduate in any discipline
- Strong leadership, communication interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with proven ability to deliver results
- Well-networked in the local market with good market knowledge
- Stable career track record with measurable achievements
