Experience Required 6 to 10 Years

Experience in supporting SAP HR Module

Extensive experience on supporting Australia Payroll

Extensive Experience in Time Management Module both positive and Negative time

Good understanding of OM and PA Modules

Extensive experience on handling schemas and PCR

Excellent communication Skills

Configure and customize SAP Payroll modules to meet specific organizational needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP HR Payroll with other relevant modules.

Develop and execute test plans for SAP HR Payroll implementations and upgrades.

Conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve system defects.

Provide training to end-users on SAP HR Payroll functionality and processes.

Offer ongoing support to users, addressing and resolving payroll-related inquiries and issues.

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP HR Payroll configurations and processes.

Keep documentation up-to-date with system changes and updates.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the SAP HR Payroll system.

Success Factors Hand on Understanding of SF modules (PMGM, EC) preferred
