Job Overview

As a Customer Success Associate in the Health & Life Insurance process, you will play a key role in engaging with potential customers and helping them choose the right insurance products. This is a domestic outbound process where your primary responsibility will be to connect with interested leads, understand their needs, and guide them through suitable insurance plans.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)

  • Engage with interested leads to promote and explain suitable insurance products.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend insurance plans that match their requirements.
  • Resolve customer queries with a consultative approach, maintaining a professional and empathetic tone.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with process guidelines.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and sales conversion rates.

Skills Required

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Clear pronunciation and grammar; no MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) or RTI (Regional Tone Influence)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with confidence in sales conversations
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle tools and scripts
  • Versant Level 6 certified (required during the selection process)
