Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
* Service Sales: Forecasting, Planning, Execution & Collection for Service Products. Align & manage Tele sales, Service Sales, Inside Sales & Contract Admin teams. Healthy sales pipeline through leads & opportunities mapping
* Delegation & Tracking of all Service Calls on Weekly / Monthly basis without any escalation. Ensuring top quality service to both internal and external customers
* Improve Customer Experience by seeking feedback through regular site visits
* Team Management: Ensure training, upgrade skills & continually motivate for excellent performance.
* Territory mapping to ensure better reach to customer & thereby achieve all Service KPI's
* Ownership, Accountability & Responsibility to deliver on Key performance indicators for Business & Operations thereby build customer relationship
* Engage with team for their overall development so as to deliver on all expectations
* Close alignment with all internal stake holders
What You Need to Succeed
* B.E in Electronics / Instrumentation with min. 15yrs+ Work experience in Team Management, Business Accumen, Customer Management & Service Delivery
* Language proficiency: English - Good Verbal and written communication skills are a must
* Knowledge of Excel & Data Analytics
* Service Experience on Analytical/Industrial Instruments would be an added advantage
