Job Title: Managing Consultant Oracle CX

Reports to: Lead

Work Location/Travel:Bangalore/Remote

Job Summary: Apex IT India is looking for a Management Consultant in Oracle CX space, willing to contribute and manage challenging tasks.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Exhibit strong project management skills

Manage the delivery of multiple Oracle CX projects

Should have worked on oracle Redwood

Designing the application using Redwood and modifying the Redwood pages

Strong functional knowledge on CRM concepts

Exhibit strong technical leadership skills in more than one Oracle CX product

Own development responsibility from definition through delivery

Exhibit strong design and development skills

Orientation to contribute both as a mentor as well as an individual contributor

Strong troubleshooting skills

Ability to manage team and different stakeholders

Ability to scale up quickly on different Oracle CX offerings

Contribute to Oracle CX community within Apex IT

Competency (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

10+ years of total IT experience out of which 7+ years of experience in implementing Oracle Engagement Cloud and/ or Oracle Sales Cloud or any other Oracle CX offering.

Must have at least 6 full projects experience, through go live

Prior experience with working on fast paced milestones using flexible and adaptive methodologies

Agile knowledge is must

Prior experience using JIRA or any other ticketing tool is preferred

Certification in primary work area is preferred

Strong programming skills, as well as the ability to review complex code bases written by others

Ability to research, follow up and resolve complex problems

Experience/knowledge on functional modules like Sales Planning and Forecasting, Engagement Cloud Service Request functionalities, Sales Territories, Fusion CRM BI/Dashboards/KPIs, Mobile and Outlook integration, File Import.

Ability to understand, analyse and solve both explicit and implicit requirements

Thought leadership in delivery activities

Good communication and Interpersonal skills

Position Type and expected hours of work: Full Time/Permanent and 40 hours per week

Required Education and Experience: Any Graduate. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Oracle CX / Oracle Sales Cloud.
