Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Coimbatore/Chennai/Cochin/Hyderabad for a Hiring Medical Coding-HCC position. The responsibilities include accurate coding of medical records, ensuring compliance with coding guidelines, categorizing diagnoses and procedures using ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes, and performing coding audits. The role involves coordinating with healthcare providers for accurate clinical documentation, optimizing revenue cycle management, and working to reduce denials.

Qualifications

• Possess experience in Medical Coding(HCC) and Coding Audits
• Hold certifications such as RHIT and significant knowledge in Health Information Management
• Thorough understanding of Medical Terminology
• Knowledge of coding guidelines and practices for ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS Level II
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management or a related field is a plus
