Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent.
- Manage onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and conflict resolution.
- Develop performance appraisal systems and career growth frameworks.
- Plan and manage training, learning, and development programs.
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare HR reports for management.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging work culture.
- Ensure payroll accuracy in collaboration with the finance team.
Qualifications & Skills- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4+ years of proven HR experience (preferably in startups or creative industries).
- In-depth knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
