Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hiring Manager located in Vadodara. The Hiring Manager will oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing and interviewing candidates, managing hiring strategies, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new employees. The role involves collaborating with various departments to understand their hiring needs, maintaining service quality standards, and training hiring team members to align with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Hiring, Recruiting, and managing end-to-end recruitment processes
• Effective Communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and ensure a smooth candidate experience
• Experience in Service Quality and implementing standards to enhance recruitment processes
• Proficiency in Training hiring teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Excellent organisational and decision-making abilities
• Prior experience in human resources or a related role is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
