Description
We are looking for a Hiring HR Recruiter to join our team in Vikhroli, Mumbai on a contract basis. The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of experience in the job market context of India. As a Hiring HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within our organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process for various positions within the organization
- Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback
- Make job offers and negotiate salary and benefits packages
- Maintain accurate candidate data and status updates in our applicant tracking system
- Participate in recruitment events and job fairs as needed
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the job market context of India
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India
- Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies is a plus
