We are seeking a dynamic HR Manager/Executive to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, developing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations, while also fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals.
- Conduct orientation and onboarding sessions for new employees.
- Handle employee grievances and provide guidance on HR-related issues.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is plus/not mandatory
- 2-12 years of experience in HR management or recruitment.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
