Job Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.

Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Maintain candidate database and recruitment records.

Support onboarding and ensure smooth candidate experience.

Requirements:

Any Graduate

6 months 2 years recruitment experience preferred

Good verbal and written communication in English

Basic knowledge of MS Office and job portals
