Role Head of Sales
Experience - 20+ years
Must have: Digital/Mobile Banking and Sales management exp.
- Must be in the banking domain with digital and mobile sales experience for the last 10 years
- Should have worked in multiple regions (e.g. MEA/ASEAN/Europe /US etc.)
Notice Period: Immediate to 60 days

[Confidential Information]. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute the global sales strategy, aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage the global sales team, ensuring they are motivated, well-trained, and fully equipped to achieve their targets.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across geographies, expanding existing client relationships, and negotiating strategic partnerships already in place.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns, promotions, and initiatives that generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential risks and opportunities and be ahead of possible downturns.
- Build strong relationships with external clients, internal, and external stakeholders, and industry influencers to enhance the company's brand and reputation.
- Provide regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and analyses to senior management, highlighting key trends and recommending actionable strategies.
- Continuously assess and improve the sales process, identifying areas for optimization and implementing necessary changes to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Stay updated on relevant industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices to ensure Tagit Mobile operates in full compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
Experience: - Minimum of 20 years of progressive experience in global sales roles, preferably within the Fintech industry & digital banking sales experience.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and managing international sales teams.
Education: - MBA degree or equivalent, with a strong understanding of sales and business development principles.
- Personal Traits:
- Excellent leadership skills, including the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies, adapt to changing market dynamics, and drive results.
- Extensive knowledge of the Fintech industry, including an understanding of emerging trends and technologies.
- Ability to travel internationally as required to support global sales initiatives.
