Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound international voice calls professionally
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently
  • Provide accurate information and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements
  • Document all customer interactions in internal systems accurately
  • Meet performance metrics related to quality, productivity, and attendance
  • Adapt to rotational shifts with rotational weekly offs

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate freshers or undergraduates with at least 6 months BPO experience
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English are mandatory
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts and take rotational offs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional environment
