Strong experience working onVMS/MSP models- Fieldglass, IQNavigator, Beeline,Prowand
Adept knowledge on Tax Terms- W2, Corp to Corp, 1099
Adept Knowledge of Work Authorizations/Visas-USC, GC, EADs, H1B, and H1B transfer process
Experienced with the completelifecycle of Recruitment- from Sourcing, Screening, Interviews, Closures, and maintenance of candidates until their life at Compunnel.
Strong hold on various technologies, backend, Frontend, databases, programming languages, AI, ML, Data Scientists, DevOps, etc.
Someone with excellent communication skills who is innovative and open to new Challenges.
Someone who has a passion for recruiting and making incentives and not just here for a 7 to 4 job for salary.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on the IT Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with consultants and clients
