Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers (US/UK process).
  • Provide accurate information regarding banking products, services, and account-related queries.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure first-call resolution wherever possible.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
  • Build strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.
  • Follow compliance, data security, and banking regulations while handling customer data.
  • Meet defined KPIs such as call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate / Undergraduate (depending on process requirements)
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English
  • Good listening and problem-solving abilities
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Willingness to work in rotational/US/UK shifts

Work Details

  • Shift: Rotational / Night Shift (US/UK Process)
  • Working Days: 5 days working (2 rotational offs)
  • Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune (depending on requirement)
  • Cab Facility: Available (as per company policy)

Salary (Typical Range)

  • Freshers: 25K in-hand + incentives
  • Experienced: 25K 55K+ in-hand + incentives
