Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers (US/UK process).
- Provide accurate information regarding banking products, services, and account-related queries.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure first-call resolution wherever possible.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.
- Follow compliance, data security, and banking regulations while handling customer data.
- Meet defined KPIs such as call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.

- Graduate / Undergraduate (depending on process requirements)
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer knowledge
- Willingness to work in rotational/US/UK shifts

Work Details
- Shift: Rotational / Night Shift (US/UK Process)
- Working Days: 5 days working (2 rotational offs)
- Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune (depending on requirement)
- Cab Facility: Available (as per company policy)
Salary (Typical Range)
- Freshers: 25K in-hand + incentives
- Experienced: 25K 55K+ in-hand + incentives
