Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Tele Caller to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service, with a passion for sales and a commitment to providing excellent customer support.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the database.
  • Follow up with leads and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.
  • Achieve daily and monthly targets set by the management.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (or regional language).
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
