Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer support by resolving technical queries over the phone.

- Communicate effectively and professionally with customers, ensuring their issues are resolved in a timely manner.

- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with a focus on customer satisfaction and experience.
