Job Description Marketing Team

We are looking for dynamic and creative professionals to join our marketing team.

• Social Media Executive 2 Positions
• Creative Assistant 1 Position(Fresher or 12 years experience)
• Field Marketing Manager 1 Position

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and similar platforms.
• Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, images, and videos while maintaining brand voice.
• Manage social media calendars, monitor comments/messages, and build strong community engagement.
• Track performance metrics (KPIs), analyze results, and optimize campaigns.
• Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams for campaign execution.
• Support creative work such as content design and video editing.
• Assist in executing field marketing activities, events, and promotional campaigns.

Skills & Requirements

• Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Knowledge of tools like Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools is preferred.
• Strong creativity, communication, and coordination skills.
