Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternative Saturdays Off)
Experience Required: Minimum 12 Years (Travel Industry Only)
Job Responsibilities
- Handle international travel inquiries and guide customers professionally.
- Plan, design, and customize international holiday itineraries based on client requirements.
- Book and manage flight tickets, including reservation, cancellation, and re-issuance.
- Take care of post-sales coordination for travel packages and air ticketing.
- Provide accurate, cost-effective, and well-organized travel solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups and support.
- Coordinate with airlines, suppliers, and destination partners when required.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience as a Travel Consultant / Travel Executive.
- Strong working knowledge of international destinations, packages, and airfare.
- Ability to create itineraries independently.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Educational Qualification: Graduation (Any Stream)
Preferred: BTTM / MBA (Tourism & Hospitality Management)
