Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to implement effective HR strategies aligned with business goals
  • Drive employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives across teams
  • Manage employee grievances, conflicts, and provide sound resolution
  • Analyze attrition and retention data; provide actionable insights
  • Lead end-to-end onboarding and induction activities
  • Identify training needs and coordinate development programs
  • Monitor succession planning and workforce performance
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and statutory norms
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR policies and workflow management

  • Industry Preference:Experience inHealthcare,Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), orBPOsectors ispreferred, but not mandatory
