We are seeking a Senior Customer Support Executive for Level 2 to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in customer support, with a focus on resolving complex customer issues and improving overall customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat for Level 2 inquiries.
  • Resolve complex customer issues and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the support system.
