Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Team Leader to manage and guide our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, achieving targets, motivating team members, and ensuring excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching
- Handle escalations and support team members in closing sales
- Train new hires and conduct regular refresher training sessions
- Track sales metrics and prepare performance reports for management
- Ensure proper follow-ups with leads and conversion of potential customers
- Maintain discipline, productivity, and positive work environment within the team
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth sales operations
Requirements
- 210 years of experience in Sales / Tele Sales / Inside Sales
- Prior experience in team handling is mandatory
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience in CRM and sales reporting preferred
