Position: Resort Maintenance Manager
Location: Malur, Karnataka
Salary: 8,00,000 per annum
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in resort/facility maintenance
Qualification: Any degree (Resort maintenance experience preferred)
Facilities: Food Accommodation
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day maintenance operations across the resort premises.
- Ensure proper functioning of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other critical systems.
- Supervise housekeeping and technical staff for timely repairs and upkeep.
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repair work.
- Maintain safety standards and compliance with local regulations.
- Prepare maintenance reports and budget forecasts for management.
- Support guest satisfaction by ensuring facilities are well maintained and operational .
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of handson experience in resort or hospitality maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, utilities, and safety protocols.
- Ability to manage teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Problem solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
