Role & responsibilities:

  • Looking for an HR Recruitment Specialist to manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.
  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms ,updating job ads.
  • Interview candidates (via phone).

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Graduate & Undergraduate freshers can also apply
  • Strong communication and conversational skills.
  • Ability to convince and engage candidates effectively.
  • Comfortable with outbound calls and follow-ups.
