- Screen, interview, and assess candidates against client requirements
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer acceptance
- Negotiate salary and benefits packages
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Meet and exceed individual and team targets
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and support each other
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes
Requirement And Qualification
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally within a similar industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Experience with various recruitment methods, including direct sourcing and social media recruitment
- A results-oriented approach and a strong work ethic
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- A degree or equivalent qualification is desirable
