Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience
- Maintain and update Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment trackers
- Support employer branding initiatives (social media, campus hiring, events)
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
- Participate in HR projects and recruitment campaigns specific to the beauty industry
