As a
Project Manager at EaseMyTrip, you will be responsible for leading complex cross-functional technology projects, ensuring delivery quality, scalability, and process excellence. The role requires strong hands-on experience in
Agile/Scrum delivery, solution architecture understanding, and travel tech platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the complete project lifecycle from requirement gathering to delivery, testing, deployment, and post go-live support.
- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, UI/UX, Business Teams, and external vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Manage projects related to:
- GDS/API Integrations (Flights, Hotels, Rail, Bus)
- Travel Booking & Reservation Systems
- Payment Gateways, Wallets & Refund Flows
- B2B/B2C Travel Platform Enhancements
- Create and maintain project plans, sprint velocity reports, risk registers, and delivery dashboards for leadership review.
- Review technical feasibility, system architectures, integration workflows, and process documentation.
- Ensure strong project governance in line with PMP/PMO frameworks while delivering in Agile environment.
- Identify delivery bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
Required Skills & Competencies
Proven experience managing large-scale travel or OTA technology projects.
Strong understanding of
GDS (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo), Travel APIs and Booking Systems.
Hands-on experience with
Agile/Scrum framework
Familiarity with
software architecture, microservices, integrations and automation workflows
Excellent stakeholder communication, prioritization, and project governance skills
Ability to handle multiple projects with tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Education & Certifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Preferred Certifications
- PMP
- Scrum Master (CSM/PSM)
- Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP/SAFe Agile Optional)
