Job Responsibilities: -

1. Resolve customer complaints via Call.

2. Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

3. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support.

4. Proper resolution to customer Queries.

Job Requirements:

  • Flexibility to work in 24/7 environment
  • Excellent Communications skills required in ENGLISH
  • 6 Months of experience in BPO
  • Graduation Mandatory

Salary:40K CTC

6 Days Working

Shift- 9 Hour Rotational AND Afternoon Shifts, For Male (Last shift till 12am) for Females DAY SHIFTS ONLY 6 am to 8 pm (Any 9 Hours window)
