Description
We are seeking a Non-IT Recruiter to join our team on a work-from-home basis. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, and hiring talented individuals for various non-IT positions. This role is suitable for candidates with 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or those looking to start their career in this field.
Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.)
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate databases and records
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Assist in the development of job descriptions and interview questions
- Manage the offer process and negotiate terms with candidates
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of various job roles and requirements in non-IT sectors
