Role Objective
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive the distribution of third-party investment products such as Mutual Funds and other innovative investment instruments. The candidate should have prior experience in AMC (Mutual Fund house), large distributor or stock broking firms and a strong network in the financial services industry. Hands on experience in sales and team management is a must.
Key Responsibilities
· Drive sales of third-party investment products (Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs etc.)
· Develop and maintain relationships with clients, distributors, and channel partners
· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
· Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base
· Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
· Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
· Minimum 3 years of experience in:
o AMC / Mutual Fund industry
o Stock Broking / Wealth Management firms
· Strong knowledge of financial products and markets
· Excellent communication skills
· Strong client relationship management ability
· Target-driven and self-motivated
