You'll be a good fit if you have
- Expertise in AI/ML with a focus on RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and LLM orchestration.
- Advanced programming skills in Python or Java with 58 years of production experience.
- Proven experience with autonomous agent frameworks such as LangGraph or CrewAI.
- Advanced proficiency in web automation using Playwright or Selenium.
- Hands-on experience with fine-tuning, training, and benchmarking LLMs.
- In-depth understanding of RCM workflows including claims management and prior authorization within regulated healthcare systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and orchestrate multi-agent systems using frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen to solve complex, multi-step RCM challenges.
- Develop robust ReAct (Reasoning and Acting) loops, enabling agents to handle edge cases and self-correct without human intervention.
- Architect sophisticated function-calling interfaces that seamlessly integrate LLMs with internal databases and external APIs.
- Automate navigation of legacy healthcare portals using tools like Selenium or Playwright, including advanced session and state management.
- Implement anti-bot strategies through selector management and bypass techniques to ensure reliable access to sensitive portals.
- Evaluate and benchmark models (e.g., GPT-4o, Claude 3.5, Llama 3) for RCM-specific accuracy, latency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to ground agents in extensive libraries of payer policies, reducing hallucinations in medical coding.
