Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end C2H recruitment for IT, embedded, mechanical, aerospace, automotive, and product engineering roles.
• Screening, shortlisting, and mass mailing of candidates.
• Posting job openings and sourcing candidates across multiple platforms.
• Managing client interactions and ensuring timely communication.
• Maintaining candidate pipelines and tracking recruitment metrics.
• Handling specialized technical recruitment in Embedded, Microsoft, Java, Testing, SAP, Mainframe, and Engineering domains.
