Job Summary

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Recruiters to join our HR team. The role involves end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT positions. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across diverse domains such as Software Development, Infrastructure, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Administration, Manufacturing, Logistics, HR, and more.

Key Responsibilities

1. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and expectations.

2. Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and professional networks.

3. Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews.

4. Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring managers.

5. Facilitate smooth onboarding and follow up with selected candidates.

6. Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and databases.

7. Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Key Skills Required

1. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques for IT & Non-IT roles.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Experience in bulk/mass hiring is an added advantage.

4. Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Foundit, LinkedIn, etc.

5. Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in any discipline (HR specialization preferred).

2. Minimum 1 year of proven experience in IT/Non-IT recruitment.
