Tech Mahindra is hiring for the International Voice Process. Excellent opportunity for freshers and candidates with 6months of international BPO experience to grow in a global customer service role

Job Responsibilities:

Handle international customer calls Resolve queries effectively Deliver high-quality customer service Maintain call records & follow process guidelines
